Day 5: Last Blast at Magic Kingdom
holding hands on the airplane for good luck!
We started off in adventureland today & wound up riding Pirates of the Carribbean no less than 3 times. All 3 boys were fans. Elliott LOVED the haunted mansion, his favorite ride of all 4 parks. Then over to futureland for Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin for about the 4th time. Harris really got into these arcade-type rides and is disappointed that 'Toy Sory 3' isn't coming out until next summer. We enjoyed a character buffet lunch at Crystal Palace with Pooh and friends. We rode until we collapsed and everybody had a blast.

Disney Day 2
The second day, we took on Epcot and had a delicious lunch at a place with an aquarium view! We mainly stayed in the imagination section...thought the countries section was a little too much for little kids. But we did watch the fireworks and laser show that night. The Nemo area was by far our favorite!

Disney Highlights Day 1
We survived our first flight with kids! Then on to Old Key West resort to settle in and get ready for Mickey's Not so Scary Halloween Party. The parade and fireworks were awesome. Buzz Lightyear space ranger spin was an instant favorite. The kids were Buzz, Woody, and Mickey. They were too busy taking in Magic Kingdom for the first time to even care about getting candy.

Elliott-speak
When the pre-K set start their school experience, we can often hear their teacher's words echoed back at home. So Elliott has started some of this "teacher talk". Here's an example Q & A with himself: E-"is this a circle?"
E(answers)-"NO!"
E-"is this a square?"
E(answers)-"Yes!"
While we are glad that he is so enthusiastic about his early geometry; lately, he has been using this teacher talk to his advantage. For example:
E-"does Elliott need a rice krispy?"
E(answering)-"YES!"
E-"does Elliott need to go to bed now?"
E(answering)-"NO!"
Oh, the inner monologue of a 3 year old!

I spy
...a gray bakugan atop a 'Woody' hat atop a H2O bottle
...a hot dog outside of a picky eater's dreaded whole wheat hot dog bun
...a very loved batman playset, and a little boy with a piece of chocolate on his eye who swears he hasn't been in the cookie jar
...a messy boy chomping on a biter biscuit..ooey,gooey!
